Jack Taylor track bike

Don’t know much about these (okay, we don’t know anything about them), but we bet it’s super rare.

Jack Taylor vintage track bike.
Reynolds 531 steel butted tubing.
Dura Ace track crank, 49T.
Cinelli stem.
San Marco Concor saddle.

Fiamme Red Label 36 spoke tubular wheels have Campagnolo hubs and Vittoria Competition tires- tires are not worn, but are peeling and brittle with age.
Serial number looks like 4963 or 5, which according to the online Blackbird registry would make it a 1963 production.

Beautiful lugwork and deco detailing are in very good condition.
There are some rust issues, primarily on the underside of the top tube.
Rear rim has mucho rust.
Bar tape needs replacing.
Please examine all the photos to assess the condition (pretty good for over 50 years old).

Size is 24 inches, measured from center of bb to top of the top tube.
Top tube length is 23 cm, center to center.
Stand over height is approx 33 3/4 inches.

Postscript: that was fast— this bike sold (for its BIN price of $895) on the same day that it was listed.
