De Rosa SLX – $1285 (sunset / parkside)
Seat tube: 52.5cm center-to-center
Top tube: 53cm
I’d like to hold onto the Mavic crankset (which happen to be mtn cranks with the inner mounts machined off and repurposed as a road compact). But I’ll include the bottom bracket and the pictured C-Rec cranks. The bottom bracket is a Philwood. I think at one point the bike might have been painted mint green since I can see some green in some areas where the paint has chipped. The cassette, chain, brake levers, and rims probably have well under 500 miles. It was kept at my inlaws in Southern California so I’d have something to ride when we visited. The rear tire is a 25c and there’s still room in the dropouts to slide the wheel back. So, you might be able to squeeze a 28 in there. Parts are mostly Campy (a mix of Chorus or Record I believe); Cane Creek brake levers; Aerohead rims; no pedals. $1285 cash.
