Attractive bike

Never heard of this builder, but we like this. A lot.


Vintage road bike from Trecia (Italy), type “Titanio” with custom equipment.

Made around 1985 (?).

Titanium framework made by Amelio Riva, Bergamo.
Bike is equipped with a steel front fork (Cinelli crown) which had
probably been replaced by the original owner because the titanium forks
had been “difficult” in use.
Unfortunately this original titanium fork is lost.

Frame number #277 stamped on bottom bracket shell.

Custom equipped with Campagnolo Record group, Regina, 3ttt, etc.

The Trecia is equipped with a full new-old-stock and never used
Campagnolo Super Record 32h and Mavic SSC grey (SPECIAL SERVICE DES COURSES) wheelset
wich is full serviced, fresh aligned, still unglued and in best condition.

Overhauled and display built up:
Full overhaul including check and careful clean up.
Actual display built up will require full check and grease service for road use.

Good condition:
Original frame with only very few signs of use age and patina.
Parts mostly good to very good with few signs of use and age only.

Very good technic:
Parts in overall mostly good to very good condition.
Bike is actual built up for display only,
road use will require full check and grease service.

Straight and strong.
No dents. No rust problems.
Please note that the bike is equipped with a steel front fork.
The bike had probably a titanium front fork in original equipment.
It is told the original owner exchanged the fork because
of its dubiously handling.

Pure titanium without coating (original).
Front steel forl in Trecia yellow in OK condition with
some signs here and there from use, storing and age.

Original decor/decals in good condition with some patina.
Few hurts and signs from use and age.
Several decals had been exchanged by reproductions (down- and seat tube).

No chrome on this frame.

Small sized with 52.5cm seat-tube from center to center.
Seat tube (c-c) 52.5cm (c-t 54cm), top tube (c-c) 53.5cm,
weight like presented 8.68kg, handlebar (c-c) 42cm, stem (c-c) 110mm.

Campagnolo Super Record, 170mm, stamped “2” in circle (1982),
ICS aero shaped and polished. Very good.

Campagnolo Super Record with titanium axles and new Christophe S hooks.
Pedals are good but show some signs of use.

Rear derailleur:
Campagnolo Super Record PAT.80, special finished,
good with some surface signs.

Front derailleur:
Campagnolo Super Record braze on, good.

Campagnolo Super Record 32h low flange, curved QRs,
very good.

Campagnolo Super Record braze on, aero mount, good.

Campagnolo Super Record, Gipiemme 55 (!)/42t, drilled,
good with few signs of use (shift signs on back side)

Regina CX/CX-S 7-speed, very good

Toyo Octo, new.

Dia-Compe AGC300, good with few surface signs.

Modolo Kronos, good.

Turbo Bernard Hinault, black, padded,
good with some signs of use and age.

Seat post:
Campagnolo C-Record, 25mm, good.

3ttt Paris-Roubaix, Merckx style, 42cm c-c, good.

3ttt, 110mm c-c, good.

Bottom bracket:
ETA Alumiunium/Titanium, 36x24T italian thread,
left side lock ring with crack,
good with some signs, good tech.

Head set:
Primax Misura, 25.4x24F, italian thread,
good with some surface signs,
thread of steerer tube seems to short
for safe tightening of lock nut.

MAVIC SSC grey, aluminium, 32h, 700, tubular,
new-old-stock, never ridden, very good with minimal
signs from storing and age.
DT-Swiss spokes.

Continental Giro 700 tubulars, new, still unglued.

What else is mentionable:
– one owner from new.
– owner exchanged original titanium front fork to steel fork,
the original fork is lost.
– new-old-stock MAVIX SSC (SPECIAL SERVICE DES COURSES) wheelset, never used.
– Campagnolo Super Record Titanium pedals.
– ETA Aluminium/Titanium bottom bracket.
– Primax Misura headset.
– Bike built up for display – road use will require
full check and grease service.
